Seguramente habrás notado que ahora, con la llegada del otoño, se te cae mucho más el pelo. No te preocupes, es algo normal que te pasa a ti y a todo el mundo. Como se suele decir, «en la época de la berenjena, se nos cae la melena».
Pero, ¿por qué se nos cae más el pelo en esta época del año?
Tal y como explica la doctora Carmen González Aguilera, fundadora de Soul Medical, la respuesta no es otra que «debido al ciclo de vida de los folículos pilosos, que coinciden con esta época del año».
El folículo piloso, que es la abertura en la superficie de la piel a través de la cual crece el pelose ve afectado durante el verano por la sobreexposición al sol, por lo que el hecho de que coincida con esta época del año tampoco es casualidad.
Aunque ese pelo se regenera y volverá a crecer, por lo que no tienes de qué preocuparte, es cierto que hay quienes sufren una caída excesiva del cabello.
En ese caso, es importante acudir a un médico capilar que realice una valoración para encontrar la causa de esta caída en exceso, así como para determinar si es necesario someter al paciente a un tratamiento específico como, por ejemplo, la mesoterapia capilar.
La mesoterapia capilar es un tratamiento que consiste en la infiltración de productos en el cuero cabelludo que ayudan a fortalecer el folículo piloso.
De esta forma, conseguimos inhibir la caída del cabello y, además, fomenta el crecimiento del pelo y la redensificación capilar.
